Details: Brooklyn property management office seeks a front desk administrative assistant to answer phones, type letters, coordinate intake of all client leads and correspondence via phone, fax and email. Candidate must possess excellent writing skills, be great on the phone and highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with a CRM system highly preferred. Admin is expected to be proactive, excellent at prioritizing and functioning in a very fast paced environment with minimal direction. Organization is key! Location is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn- access to a vehicle is preferable, but not a requirement. Previous experience working in a real estate, property management or construction office is also highly preferred.
