Administrative Supervisor (Nursing Supervisor)

Details: Department :  Nursing Administration Shift :  Evening/ Saturday & Sunday Hours :  1500-2330 Responsible for the coordination and administration of the Nursing Department on an eight hour basis through appropriate clinical and managerial activities. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of other hospital departments in collaboration with departmental supervisors and communication of hospital activities to departmental and administrative management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. in Nursing, Management or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) years nursing experience with demonstrated progressive leadership. Demonstrated communication and public relations skills. Current licensure as Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
