Details: This qualified candidate wll make outbound calls and receive inbound calls, to and from customers, to collect on their delinquent accounts. Work on delinquent accounts with a sense of urgency, in an effort to collect and reduce past due inventory, and in an effort to prevent accounts from being assigned to an outside collection agency.      The Collector will report to his/her Collections Supervisor.  In the event his/her Supervisor is not available, then he/she will report to the Collections Manager.  The Collector will be working in a Team environment, in an effort to achieve individual and team goals.  MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES  Collection - $  Dependability  Attendance  Dependable  Excellent follow through abilities Strong negotiation skills Positive attitude  Motivated by goals, commission, and bonus incentivesCustomer service/sales oriented Working with debtor on account status Negotiation of payments Excellent communication skills
