Details: • The Steward HRIS Analyst will be a key contributing member of the HRIS team. The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) (currently Kronos Workforce HR/Payroll and Timekeeper applications). This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. System Maintenance (% of time: 15) Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRMS system tables. Kronos Workforce system administration including but not limited to; maintenance of HR/Payroll libraries, code tables, data integrity. Responsible for data and system audits to ensure ongoing system continuity. Will assist in the coordination of upgrades and rollouts. Document process and results. 2. Production Support (% of time: 35) Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. 3. Projects/Process Improvement (% of time: 10) Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. Will identify areas of risk and work with internal customers to develop procedures and to ensure standard conventions. Will work closely with members of Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology to ensure HRIS system optimization and integrity. 4. Reports/Queries (% of time: 40) Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Will be responsible for ad hoc and compiled reporting to support HR/Payroll functional areas. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers with respect of differences in cultures, values, beliefs and ages, utilizing interpreters when needed. • Performs other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: • Must have a strong background in Kronos Workforce platform. Ability to administer and continue development of all HR/Payroll and Timekeeper modules. Experience in additional Kronos modules i.e., Self Service, and Performance Management a plus. • Meditech experience a plus. • Optimal candidate will also have strong report writing skills, preferably in technologies compatible with Kronos reporting development for end user utilization. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
